Details
- 5x12 coverage is Monday thru Friday from 6AM to 6PM. Hours outside of this time-frame are billed at an overtime rate of $150 an hour.
- Hours billed over the allotted pre-paid hours will be billed at $100 an hour, unless additional pre-paid is purchased
- When possible remote support will take precedence over on-site.
- Service requests must be prioritized to allow for timely resolution.
- Monthly reports of all services performed.
